Fashion Designer

Bring ideas to life and shape the Mainika collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Design original clothing collections

  • Research trends, fabrics, and styles

  • Collaborate with the marketing and production teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in fashion design (freshers with strong portfolios may apply)

  • Proficient in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of current trends and materials

  • Portfolio showcasing design work is required

Your creativity will be the voice of Mainika.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and post engaging content

  • Interact with the online community

  • Track social media performance and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience managing brand social media accounts

  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills

  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and content tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

  • Interest in fashion and lifestyle content

Deliver smooth, helpful, and friendly customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle queries via chat, email, and phone

  • Assist with order tracking, returns, and product info

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and quick response times

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • Prior experience in customer support preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in using helpdesk or CRM tools

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
